SHIPPING

We do our best to get your orders out within 24hrs of your payment being received however this may take a little longer during busy periods. If you need your order in a hurry please let us know and we can do our best to arrange this.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with basic tracking.
The best bit? Shipping is free within Australia! It’s our gift to you as a thank you for shopping with us.
Please note, that our free shipping is standard shipping however if you’d like to upgrade your order to Express that’s no problem – just select that option during checkout and whilst you will pay a small fee, it will still be a heavily discounted rate.
If you require registered post or signature on delivery, we can also arrange that – please just leave us a note during check out and we will get back to you with the current rates.

International orders are also shipped via Australia Post, via Air Mail.
Our international orders are shipping at a discounted flat rate (this may change accordingly to Australia Post. Shipping will be calculated automatically for you at checkout.
Please note, this option is not tracked. If you’d like a tracked option please let us know (before checkout, via email) and we can give you a quote.
Dani Art & Jewellery can not be responsible for any customs or importation charges that maybe incurred with international orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any customs/import charges.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping/address details during checkout!
We will ship to the address entered during checkout and we cannot alter this once your order has been processed – please double check this!
Dani Art & Jewellery is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post. Whilst we will always do our best to get your order out asap, we have no control over Australia Post delivery times and recommend you visit the Australia Post website if you have any concerns regarding this.

We do our bit to try and package your order with the environment/sustainability in mind. We try to minimise packaging waste where possible, whilst still ensuring your purchases arrive safely to you. We also try to avoid plastics where possible and where bubble wrap has been used, it is always recycled/repurposed. If you have any queries regarding our packaging, please do not hesitate to ask.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns/exchange due to change of mind.

All items are listed online with as much information as possible. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all product descriptions, including sizing, colour, etc. is read and understood before purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact Dani before purchasing if you have any queries regarding a product.
Product photography is edited as little as possible and all colours are as true to life as possible. Please be aware though that due to screen differences/types/resolutions etc. colours may vary.

All items are packed with care however if your products arrive to you in an unsatisfactory state, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please be sure to read your Care Instructions upon receiving your items as it contains important information to keep your purchases in good condition. Your pieces can not be returned due to damage from improper care.
